Facilitating Career Development

The Facilitating Career Development (80 hour) course is delivered in a hybrid format.  14 hours of face to face training (in person and webinar) is added to 26 hours of reading/ on-line assignments and a project which represents 40 hours of work to provide the 80 hours of work required to earn a certificate of completion for the Facilitating Career Development course.
On-line assignments are based on the text Facilitating Career Development which must be purchased through NCDA. (cost of $130) Assignments are posted on a Wiki site. Each student will maintain their own site on the Wiki through which they will receive feedback on the assignments and communicate with the instructor.
The instructor(s) for the course are certified through the National Career Development Association to deliver the course content. 
Upon course completion participants will receive a certificate of completion and are eligible to apply to the Center for Credentialing and Education for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential.
