For owners who are bringing their service dogs to TNCC campuses.  Regardless of specific service dog training, handlers and their service dogs need to know how to be Canine Good Citizens around other humans and their dogs in order to enhance the safety and well-being of everyone on campus.  This 6-week course will prepare handlers and their dogs for the CGC, CGC Community or CGC Urban test that will be administered the last week based on the 10 good behaviors every dog should know.  Dog owners will learn the basics of training service dogs to be calm and obedient around other humans as well as around other dogs in order to enhance safety of dogs, the owners and other people on campus.
