Introduction to Culinary Arts

Students will be introduced to the content and skills needed to have a successful career in the Culinary Arts.  This class will prepare students for training with TNCC's ChefsGo program or the Virginia Food Bank's ServSafe Manager program.  Students will also work toward a Digital Literacy Certificate and a Career Readiness Certificate.
