In this class, students will carry out a series of real world business experiments in order to learn exactly what their potential customers want. We'll validate ideas and test our assumptions in order to build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and rewarding.

The Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy is a real-world immersion course for building new business ventures. Participants are encouraged to unleash their entrepreneurial mindset and develop critical thinking, communication, problem solving, and other business building skills.  The course covers topics such as identifying good business opportunities, how to implement ideas into action, practical ways to build a brand, and more.  Using the business model canvas, participants map out business plans and make them actionable through lean startup methods.  Participants will also learn the art and science of the pitch while practicing good public speaking techniques. At the end of the course, participants are connected to various entrepreneurship resources around the region so they can continue to build successful companies.
