Mandatory orientation for the ChefsGO 1.0-Pathway to Culinary Careers program.  This program will train participants in all facets of the culinary industry including knife skills, sanitation and safety, nutrition and common allergens, mathematics in the culinary industry, and identification and cooking methods for meats, sauces and soups, bakery products, vegetables and fruits, etc.  This program will be taught by leading chefs and industry professionals in the area and will be a hands-on learning experience.  The program culminates in an 18-week paid "internship" working with one of the leading chefs in the food establishment.
